As the leader of both the Technical and Operational Support Teams for Lane Construction, I oversee the IT and Development teams in creating unique and custom solutions as well as supporting all technology delivery for the business. My Operational Support Team trains and implements best practices to improve planning, scheduling, project management, reporting, and execution working with Project Management, Engineer, Superintendents to Foreman. My team focus is not only to teach employees to accomplish tasks but to coach and mentor all levels to learn to become effective leaders and managers in order to drive improved performance and productivity. My overall strategy is to provide value to the organization thru thoughtful leadership, technology, training and empowering employees.
