I manage our sales floor that changes in size depending on the needs of the business. Our goal is to help solve the common problems faced by today's realtor. 83% of agents exit the business in 18 months. 90% of consumers say they would use their agent again but only 10% do. We help solve this. Additionally, I am involved in our business strategy when it comes to key initiatives for growth. I am responsible for prospecting webinars as well as the content and delivery of them. I am also part of Market Leader's Million Dollar Pipeline Program which is essential to the training and success of our current customers. On a weekly basis, we deliver cutting edge techniques to teach our agents to how to engage with today's consumer. In a world where what the consumer wants is changing very quickly, agents have to learn how to take the co-pilot role. I have participated and delivered presentations to offices and brokerages in order to increase sales and product adoption. I served as a panelist at Keller Williams Family Reunion 2017 to deliver three different presentations to an audience of agents while interviewing current customers.
