I specialise in assisting clients to resolve complex disputes and investigations and have a broad range of experience spanning over 11 years in both private practice and in-house. I have significant experience in the energy, resources, infrastructure and construction sectors, having advised Australian and international companies on a large variety of disputes and investigations involving multi-jurisdictional contractual disputes, joint venture disputes, international and domestic arbitrations, royal commissions, class actions and regulatory investigations and prosecutions. I have appeared or instructed on matters run in the High Court of Australia, Federal Court and Australia's State Courts (including at the appellate level) and have also acted in significant commercial international and domestic arbitrations.
