Dr. HOLGER R. JUNG was appointed Vice President, Sales and Marketing on March 14, 2011. Dr. Jung started his career in Germany as a chemist working for Hoechst AG / KoSA / Invista, with roles in Technical Service, Quality Management, Strategic Planning and Marketing / Sales. In 2001, he moved to the US to take the role of Director, Polyester Polymer running the Nylon Polymer and Recycle business. In 2008, Dr. Jung became Vice President for Invista’s North American Polyester Businesses, including DMT / PTA Intermediates and the PET Resins, Polymer and Staple Fibers. Dr. Jung earned his PhD from University of Marburg in Polymer Chemistry and spent 14 month at the University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana, Department of Material Science leading various research projects.
