A driven and entrepreneurial data analytics professional, I build and lead top-performing teams to solve business pain points and achieve high-impact results paving the way for short- and long-term growth. With my background leading and implementing data analytics strategies for multinational corporations, I have built a unique portfolio spanning leadership principals and philosophy gained from Amazon, innovation from Uber, and strengths in technology transformation and modernization from Kraft. Throughout my career, I have leveraged data analytics to shape and re-envision leading brands. At Uber, I made an impact through designing the “Uber Journey” which strategically incentivized drivers based on individual characteristics and motivations. At Amazon, I shaped the consumer experience for food delivery, including establishing the “pay for delivery” feature. Currently, I serve as the Senior Director of Data & Analytics at Kraft. In this role, I lead cross-functional teams of data science, machine learning, and business intelligence professionals to identify key consumer insights. Since joining the team, I have built an ever-growing analytics team from 0 to 30 and transformed the company to a modern tech stack resulting in millions of cost savings. Strategy, analytics, and leadership are some of my greatest strengths as an executive leader. As a former collegiate volleyball player, I bring a balance of coaching and serving as a team player to my leadership style. Whether working with teams or individuals, I build meaningful relationships to create inclusive and cohesive teams focused on celebrating members’ unique contributions.
