Experienced and driven operations/technical anaylst with a highly developed conceptual understanding of the bridge between IT and Operations. Started my career as a high rising operations supervisor and was quickly moved to an IT specialist for warehouse operations. I have developed proficent knowledge in SQL report development, extended knowledge in Zebra/Xerox/LXE equipment maintenance and coordination. I have developed and honed my skills in SAP and several Infor products. I have also excelled at consultation, testing, and implementation of new WMS installs as well as modifications. My profound knowledge of operations, IT environements and language, and training in both Six Sigma and Lean has allowed me to improve training time, simplify processes, decrease implementation times, and decrease downtimes thru out all operations.
