With over 10 years of sales and management experience for government and private organizations, Stephen Delp oversees IRT's robust training and account management programs, ensuring clients receive top-notch service and achieve success in their implementation and ongoing use of the Rhodium Incident Management Suite. Before joining Incident Response Technologies, Stephen served in the United States Army as the Operations Officer for a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Response Technical Rescue Team. During his service, Stephen was responsible for all training, deployment, organization, logistical planning and mission operations for technical search and rescue and HAZMAT teams. Having deployed to several natural disasters, many regional and statewide incidents and exercises, Stephen is well versed in Emergency Management, Strategic Operations, Technical Rescue, CBRN Operations, Incident Command and the National Incident Management System.
