At Mckinsey, I led product, sales, and organizational transformations of information companies. This experience led to my role at Elsevier, where as Head of Technology I was responsible for its digital transformation, including product strategy and M&A. This led to the acquisition of London based startup Mendeley, which I led over the last 3 years. Over this period of unprecedented growth, I built a team of over 150+, launched multiple innovative new products such as Mendeley Data, and grew the active user base by 4x. I found the results oriented, hands on operational work required to build and organization (big and small) very stimulating. My entrepreneurial and consulting background allows me to align strategy with “hands on” operational work to deliver results quickly.
