Mr. Dirsmith is a proven, Top Secret – cleared Service Delivery Executive that has more than 17 years of professional experience leading teams that oversee management of all facets of enterprise and client infrastructures; directly supporting more than 150,000 users world-wide. He has relocated / virtualized intricate computer network infrastructures and has trained/managed diverse technical teams of more than 75 personnel. His service delivery experience includes nearly 5 years of leading several inter-related technical projects while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and 3 years of providing technical leadership on various networks for Penn State University. After honorably concluding his military service and formal education, he spent the next 10 years as a Federal Contractor; winning and subsequently overseeing Federal Services Programs totaling up to $30 Million in annual revenue for enterprise management, network/systems redesign & migration projects, enterprise client refreshes, ITIL® process implementation and Service Desk support. As a contractor, he has assisted Federal Customers in managing multiple Programs’ $25 Million+ annual budgets by developing product selection criteria, developing release strategies and recommending overall solutions for purchase. He has served as Dell’s Global Program Manager for Resolution Management, the Lead Services Architect for Federal Support Solutions as well as one of two accredited ITIL® Trainers at Dell. He is now JHC Technology's Vice President of Service Delivery. Mr. Dirsmith has continuously pursued extensive managerial, service lifecycle and technical training throughout his career, resulting in several industry-standard certifications including his ITIL® Expert, PMP®, MCSE 2003: Security and CompTIA Security+, as well as a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Management & Information Systems with a Minor in International Business.
