My summary is simple & authentic. I am a happily married father of 3 from the Jersey Shore that adores my family and enjoys making a difference & having a positive impact on the lives of others. I share the same passion for Jersey Mike's Subs that our leadership, franchisees, sub makers, and customers manifest on a daily basis. I help facilitate qualified franchise candidates through a mutual discovery process to determine if franchising is a good fit for the potential franchisee. I have a responsibility to Jersey Mike's Subs and every franchisee in the Jersey Mike's system to protect our brand by recruiting only the BEST candidates into our system. I continue to learn & improve everyday. I have a true passion & love sharing my experiences & knowledge of restaurant operations, development, recruiting, and franchising whenever possible, whether it is an emerging franchisor, franchise sales professional, transitioning veteran or professional athlete looking for a 2nd career in franchising.
