In my role as a Team Lead for a B2B enterprise support team my past experiences have allowed me to have a strong foundation of support skills, exposure to multiple approaches of operational support workflows, approach projects from a user experience and support vantage point and help strategize projects towards product KPI goals. For the past 2 years with this project, my ability to adapt to challenges and situations has been the success factor in my role to manage and scale this team. Combining my support experience with the skills of empathy and strategy along with being in a managerial role, this has allowed me the opportunity to be the voice of the support team while optimizing and executing internal workflows and external process gaps that has noticeably improved our team moral and most importantly, enhancing our user support experience through some of our most challenging times. I have a passion of helping others and teaching others; passing down the knowledge that was shared to me or learned through experience in order to help others succeed.
