I am a Board-level IT Leader, Innovator and Digital Transformation Specialist, delivering commercially-focused business change for large corporates. I am Chief Information Officer and board Director at Rendall and Rittner, leading the technology strategy to drive market leading business performance. I am also a Non-Executive Director of a leading software development company in the property management sector. My earlier career includes 12 years with Balfour Beatty in roles including Head of IT and Global IT Director, with responsibility for all IT leadership across a division of the business. I have a proven track record successfully utilising technology and organisational information to drive business performance while developing a technology-focused business culture to drive growth and change. At ISG I led technology innovation across the entire business, including guiding delivery of 3 H&S solutions to reduce construction site accidents by >20% as well as currently developing an augmented reality headset to save 3,000 days of effort on sites. Additionally, I led the delivery of IT functional transformation programmes while nurturing collaborative key stakeholder relationships to clearly translate complex technical information and achieve buy in to the transformation journey.
