In addition, Meg was the founder and CEO of MJ Drago & Associates, a leadership development consultancy and executive coaching practice. With a proven track record of success in senior HR roles, Meg has worked around the world with large and mid-sized global organizations in different industries. Working directly with CEOs, executive leadership teams and boards she has partnered to successfully transform businesses, manage costs and fully optimize organizational restructuring. Her expertise is in executive talent acquisition, employee retention strategies, succession planning, executive compensation, board recruitment, developing senior management teams, consulting and advisory services to leaders and developing global human capital strategies. Meg has a degree in Business Administration from The American University and has completed the Managing Human Capital Executive Education series at Harvard University. She received her Leadership Development and Coaching Certification from Georgetown University.
