Joe has experience of building and running a 7 figure P&L & has played a series of key roles in a rapidly growing business. He sits on the management team of C Space in Europe and is a global business Officer. He can devise and implement clear business strategy and is highly capable of driving business growth. A SPRINKLING OF 2016/17 HIGHLIGHTS - Redefining customer-first banking propositions and helping to launch Tandem, a brand new, start-up bank - Leading an ‘insight to execution’ rebrand of employee collaboration initiatives across the global Omnicom network A HANDFUL OF BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENTS - Scaling an Insight Storytelling team from a support function through to a £1m+ EMEA business unit – introducing video, illustration, animation & online storytelling experiences - Instrumental in helping to rebrand and reposition a $100m global insight business – leading to an uplift in account values & providing a platform to engage more senior client leaders - Establishing & scaling new insight methodologies - including real-time mobile ethnography & multi-market mobile-first, video-first online communities - Leading and delivering insight , innovation and brand communication projects for a diverse range of clients (across FS, TMT, FMCG & NFP sectors).
