Training Manager

INNIO Group is a global producer of reciprocating gas engines for power generation and mechanical drive.

As training manager for the America's i am responsible for scheduling, Training, billing, Tracking, and many other aspects. I create a training environment that is conducive to all types of backgrounds including engineers, operators, Technitions and Management. Being able to understand the product, how to operate and maintain the generator sets is a main goal of mine. I train in all aspects of the product including but not limited to, operations, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, controls, emmissions setting and technical information.
