Since March 2016 playing the role of Executive Director Global IS Innovation, Integration and PMO, which extends his previous responsibilities as head of Global IS PMO to include new challenges such as the use of the power of innovation to challenge the status quo, helping people to feel responsible and enabled to find better, faster and cheaper ways to deliver value through IS and the development of a blueprint to describe the enterprise in a hierarchical manner, providing common architectural and design principles, standards, guidelines and policies to be applied in company integration initiatives as well as the implementation of an M&A IS playbook in order to make the IT integration process faster and more effective. When working as Sr. Director Global PMO - Process, Cloud and IS, was directly responsible for the integrated PMO function that governs and controls the program operations associated with the integrated delivery of Ingram’s major global strategic initiatives in the technology solution arena. Accountable for finance control on project portfolio ranging from $70 to $90 million. The strategic nature of most of the global projects requires the effective and accurate reporting of information to C-Level executives, including the company CEO and the Board of Directors. As IT Director Latin America, was responsible for the SAP deployment in Chile in 2010 and the upgrade of all regional countries to Voice over IP in 2011. Reporting directly to the regional President located in Miami, was responsible for the entire IT budget for Latin America, leading a team of 20+ associates. Six Sigma Black Belt certified and responsible for conducting projects using Six Sigma methodology directed to operational costs reduction and profitability increase in e-business, mainly related to Financial Area and Taxes. International Senior Manager directly responsible for managing multiple teams of project managers in Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Miami (USA).
