With my 25+ years of diverse experience in business and HR, I create a fine intersection of people practices and technology that drives workforce efficiency, engagement and innovation. I have a rich, diversified background in IT delivery and HR. I have been part of the software delivery for first 13 years of my career. It has given invaluable experience in technology, software delivery, client centricity, stakeholder management and people management. For the last 12+ years I have been equally fortunate to work on multiple areas in HR and as have been at the center of formulating talent strategies and executing them. In my current role, I am responsible for creating world class employees experience that motivates employees to turn up at work each day. This means creating positive experience in physical, technological and cultural space for 300K+ employees across 46+ countries. As part of driving employee experience, I have created frameworks and models for delivering and shaping EX and measuring the same. I am now excited about building connections between EX and business outcomes. I lead the journey of HR digitization that has ushered consumer grade digital experience to create a sentient organization. We are taking some of these offerings to market today. I have led the transition of most HR processes from hire to retire to Shared Services including unique ones like performance management, career advisory etc. This has ensured higher quality, efficiency and innovation in processes across employee lifecycle. I set up the HR Compliance function in 2010, first of its kind in the industry. Main objective was to provide assurance to the organization on statutory compliance across the globe. I continue to lead it and we continue to play a leading role in the industry in the area of employment compliance. I have spearheaded global mobility practices and industry leading policies, globally. I believe we are standing at a precipice where the future of work is unraveling at an accelerated pace, opening up opportunities for paradigm shifts in workplace and workforce. With my background in technology and people practices and my strength in leading change and execution excellence, I am ideally positioned to drive large scale talent transformation.
