Kanaiya Vasani leads the SaaS business as well as Corporate & Business Development at Infoblox. He has led key strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the company's core business and expanding the business into new adjacencies including security, analytics, cloud, and SaaS.He joined Infoblox from Juniper Networks where he led the Corporate & Business Development team and was responsible for execution of important strategic initiatives that drove significant top-line growth and market expansion for Juniper. These initiatives spanned a myriad of business models including OEM alliances, licensing deals, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to this, Kanaiya was Vice President of Product Management for Juniper's Core Routing Business Unit – a $1B business, where he drove break-through innovation in core network architecture via the development and launch of Juniper’s award winning converged super-core platform. Before that, he led the Service Provider Strategy and Corporate Development team and was responsible for strategy, partnerships, investments and acquisitions for Juniper’s service provider business.Kanaiya joined Juniper from Terayon, a leading vendor of cable data solutions and MPEG-2 and MPEG-4/AVC digital video solutions, where he held various executive positions including Vice President of Marketing and General Manager of the Cable Data Business Unit. Kanaiya has over 20 years experience in the networking and telecommunications industry and has held leadership positions in Marketing, Product Management and Engineering at various other companies including Lantern Communications, ADC Telecom, Network Systems Corp, and Cap Gemini. Kanaiya holds a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology as well as a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Minnesota.
