I posses competences in project and portfolio management and team leading, business analysis, quality assurance, software process improvement as well as experience in insurance (life and non-life), cash management and deposit insurance business processes. Over eighteen years of experience in the modeling of requirements, application development and implementation and all together twenty five years of experience in IT. I have designed and/or developed a variety of software solutions for both government and local administration as well as municipal public enterprises. As a project manager, I led projects of implementation of software products and custom software development projects. As a senior project manager I also led Project Management Office. More than 5 years of involvement in Quality Assurance program according ISO 9001 standard. All relevant knowledge and experience are being recently applied in the practice as a senior project manager in IT company IN2 Zagreb. Organized and persistent person with the ability to work either as a team leader or as a member with planning, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
