With laser focus, I have worked to drive profitable growth and margin expansion in technology industries including software and IP licensing, capital intensive hardware companies and rapidly scaling SaaS and Cloud businesses. I have completed more than 15 complex M&A transactions valued at > $3.5B which included equity investments in emerging technologies, VC Funding, and oversight of contract negotiations and integrations.
