Bio

A well-rounded manager valued for ability to find and create innovative means to accomplish business development goals with selling, marketing and distribution experience. Each professional position has involved developing sales strategies, methodology, tools and codifying best practices and procedures for division wide application. Developed sales and marketing tools for sales personnel in 23 territories designed to and achieved or exceeded goals on a market by market basis. Establishing sales scorecards, training protocols and tactical approaches to Market, Region and Division issues. Supporting the Division with the implementation of and feedback on overall sales and marketing strategies in conjunction with fellow Department heads while determining conversion opportunities, competitor activities and business at risk. Provide on-going periodic training and coaching to the sales teams to ensure they possess high level product knowledge and selling skills. Maintain frequent contact with each Sales Representative through field ride-along visits and routine phone contact with outside teams and daily interaction and weekly sales meeting updates with inside sales teams. Conduct weekly conference calls to assure effective and efficient communication between the field and corporate offices as well as share best practices, new ideas and discussing sales strategies. Specialties: Evaluation, analysis and testing of new sales strategies. Market, customer, competition and sales performance analysis. Coaching, mentoring, cultivating and motivating a team of professionals to effectively optimize market penetration. Creation of metrics and tools to measure and improve sales performance. Developing sales incentive plans. Networking.
