Leads the Total Compensation team at Allstate, including executive, sales and broad-based compensation, medical benefit, wellness and retirement teams for Allstate Insurance Company, reporting to the CHRO. Previously led the Human Resources function for Esurance, an Allstate company. Reporting to the President, was accountable for talent acquisition; corporate training & development; compensation, benefits, and HRIS; associate relations; inclusion and internal communications. Esurance is headquartered in San Francisco and has more than 3,300 employees in 19 locations across North America and Canada.Before moving to Esurance, led the comp function for Allstate Insurance Company. Accountabilities included executive, broad-based and sales compensation. Led a team of high-performers in all aspects of strategy, design and delivery of compensation programs and processes, including responsibility for development and preparation of materials for the Compensation & Succession Committee of the Allstate Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Ied the Executive Compensation team.Before moving into Compensation, was responsible for the Executive & Leadership Development team. Responsibilities included partnering with business to create, design and execute leadership development programs and resources for the top 5000 leaders, 200 officers and high potential talent. Recruited to Allstate to build and lead an executive talent acquisition function. In this role, had accountability for the recruitment strategy and execution of the full cycle recruiting process for all incentive eligible positions.Prior to joining Allstate, spent eight years in top twenty ranked retained executive search firms. Also worked at Deloitte & Touche as an audit professional and Jones Lang LaSalle as Assistant Controller. MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Illinois. CPA and a Certified Compensation Professional.
