I am a professional support consultant in the disputes practice at Herbert Smith Freehills. In that role I focus on providing technical advice on issues of substantive law and court procedure, analysing new legal and procedural developments, and preparing briefings to ensure clients and colleagues are updated on important litigation-related developments. I am an editor of Herbert Smith Freehills's litigation know-how blog, www.hsf-litigationnotes.com. I have been a member of various Civil Justice Council working groups including in relation to damages-based agreements and concurrent expert evidence.
