Experienced in 2D Illustration and 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging and animating with proper weight and balance through the twelve animation principles. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, 3DS Max, Maya, Soft Image, Mud Box, Z Brush, and Vue. Ability to portray any idea into action through drawings, storyboards, character design, and matte painting. Strong compositing effects with 3D animation and real footage. Time commitment to get the job done as well as team player with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Ability to lead a team well and very coachable. Lead the internal creative team and provide quality control and direction on a variety of projects – creative/campaign toolkits, brochures and flyers, online ads, banners, promo items, event signage, print ads, video production, 3D animations, motion graphics, 3D modeling, and 3D lighting and texturing. - Participate in strategic discussions and provide creative strategies/solutions. - Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies, designs and plans. - Responsible for ensuring all creative is reviewed and approved. - Collaborate with external agencies to ensure consistent creative look-and-feel executions. Maintain brand integrity and compliance across the board. - Pitch concepts to clients and support/defend creative rationale. Sell ideas based on brand strategy and business objectives. - Foster a creative work environment. - Manage, grow and develop a diverse team of people. Keeps team (including management) up to date on and in tune with business objectives. - Responsible for recruiting new talent to the team as needed. - Develop and manage processes to ensure efficient, seamless integration and collaboration between all team members. - Provide oversight on all messaging and ensure all channels are aligned.
