Welcome to Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd. A place where dreams become a reality. Everyday our plant in Swindon produces over 600 cars - about 1 every 90 seconds. That figure is down to the hard work and dedication of our passionate and talented Associates. Just like its predecessors, the brand new Honda Civic is being built here in Swindon too and it's more than just the quietest, smoothest and strongest performing Civic yet. It's also a testament to every person and part that makes it possible.

I am passionate about my purpose of helping people enrich their lives through a blend of discovery, personal development and tactical action. I have had a variety of people focused roles, primarily in Personal Development and Resourcing. DRIVE Engagement offers distinctive workplace engagement programmes that engage and develop individuals and teams on improvement activities, but offering training, guidance and opportunities to implement meaningful change. DRIVE Engagement has over 40 years of industry experience delivering professional business improvements, We work in partnership with leadership teams to establish a supportive coaching mind-set, whilst implementing a continuous improvement process that provides structured problem-solving opportunities for their team. Not only does this give employees a voice, but it also encourages greater collaborative teamwork, fosters creativity and innovation, empowers people and ultimately increases the bottom line. My key strengths include, deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools and principles, performance management, coaching, creating and facilitating learning opportunities, problem solving techniques, Business change projects, employee engagement, talent management, and multi discipline resourcing.
