Extensive involvement in the planning and implementation of projects within time and financial budgets with the purpose of refining operational procedures and IT functionality to achieve increased productivity and reduced cost. A highly organised approach throughout the project life cycle whilst proactively managing risk to minimise project disruption. Proven record working effectively with key internal and third party stakeholders and experts. Management of and authoring test scripts for development and user acceptance testing ensuring product quality prior to pilot and live implementation. Coordinating project implementation in accordance with business change management protocols ensuring release notes are written and distributed.
