I’m a strategic and creative leader with ability and enthusiasm to lead cross-functional teams. My career is built upon 15+ years experience of digital communication/social media in the fashion/lifestyle industry, from both from agency and in-house, and I've developed a native understanding for how social and digital have changed the way people interact with each other in real-time, and the impact that has on brands. I value teamwork, open and straightforward communication and always look to improve ways-of-working to ensure our business stays relevant in a changing world. Having been brought up in a bilingual household and living abroad for many years, I enjoy working in a global context where different cultures meet and co-create, and where innovation and new ideas are favoured. Other passions in life include interior design, art, music, slow gardening, food and my latest obsession, pottery. Selected achievements: - Developed and implemented the first social media strategy for H&M involving cross-functional teams from Marketing & Communications, Customer Service, HR and local sales markets - Contributed to H&M’s great success in social media growing our following from 1 million on two channels to 100+ million across 16 channels during the the past decade.
