I am a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office and a member of the Global Consumer Markets Practice. My expertise spans nearly a decade in high-level executive search across consumer products, services and retail. My clients have ranged from private enterprise/venture capital-backed small- and mid-caps to the Fortune 500, and I focus on senior-level assignments in general management (including CEO and board), product, marketing, sales and end-to-end supply chain. A long-time search professional, my early experience as an associate guarantees that I remain hands-on with client work, often thinking creatively in terms of where to find the best talent. Over the past decade, my practice has led me to engage in cross-border searches, whether for North American clients searching for regional and functional leads in Europe, Asia or Latin America, or multinational organizations moving to enter the North American market. I have additional expertise with founder-driven and family-owned entities, advising CEOs and investors through times of ownership, generational or leadership shifts. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, I was a managing partner at a multinational search firm focusing on consumer, retail and industrial manufacturing. My early career before search was in higher education, which has led to a long-time passion for education for Chicago schoolchildren and first generation college students.
