Strategic Human Resources professional with multiple years of experience in workforce planning, change management, employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, employee data analysis, and project management. Passionate about effective and strategic communication while working economically towards a common goal of enacting change. Passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the ways in which companies recognize opportunities to exercise sustainable practices relevant to their products/services. I see Sustainability as having three important aspects: environmental, social, and economic. The environmental aspect is ubiquitous: we have a finite world with finite natural resources but a pattern of increasing insatiable demand for those resources. The social aspect is all about community and how you treat people both internally (employees) and externally (locally, nationally, globally). The economic aspect is about companies needing to first satisfy financial goals so that they can continue to be successful and then work towards their CSR goals. I'm excited about the intersection of my master studies in sustainability coupled with my experience in Human Resources as I think it gives me a unique perspective into how I can help fulfill CSR objectives and goals.
