Michael's objective is to create and motivate exceptional teams of IT professionals to perform at optimal levels. Michael currently serves as the CIO/CTO/CISO for Health Advocates, LLC, the largest privately-funded patient advocacy firm in the industry. His long tenures are a testament to his loyalty and dedication to the firms which he has served as well as proof of his value to those firms. Michael attended the USC Rossier School of Education Doctoral Program, and also holds a BS from UCLA and an MBA from Cal State. He has attended countless certification courses and workshops covering various aspects of IT including ITIL, PMP, VMWare, Agile, SDLC, etc...
