Harbin Clinic is Georgia's largest physician-owned, multi-specialty clinic with more than 220 providers in 17 locations throughout Northwest Georgia across more than 30 specialties. Since 1870 the Harbin family has practiced medicine in the region, founding the Harbin Hospital in 1908 in Rome, Georgia. That hospital grew into the present Harbin Clinic which cares for thousands of patients each day.

In August of 2017, I took the position as the Director of Project Management & Process Improvement. In this role, I am responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering the clinic's initiatives. My previous role was a Director of Operations at Harbin Clinic. I was the Director for 12 different specialty practices. Before becoming a Director, I was the Office Manager for General Surgery. Prior to that I worked at Harbin as a licensed practical nurse. Health Care is my passion. We can't have organizational transformation without personal transformation. Improving patient care and our process in how we do this is what I do at Harbin. Certified in Lean Healthcare Management at the Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Started the transformation of the organization towards Lean processes by teaching and coaching all of the management team the foundation of Lean principles. We are currently working on 16 projects across the organization that came from the foundation classes. I believe in the concept of Lean processes because everything we do in Lean serves the patient/customer better. Driving out waste has proven to improve our processes.
