With James Perse Ent, Inc., I developed planning tools that brought the Retail Open to Buy plans through the manufacturing and raw material planning process improving inventory management and sales. Project leader for the implementation of new ERP systems, Marking/Grading/Pattern Making Systems and Executive Info Systems encompassing Finance, Purchasing, Retail, Inventory control and Planning and other key areas. Strategically established a 3PL facility in the Netherlands taking advantage of favorable currency exchange rates and significantly reducing distribution costs to the EU territory. Selected and lead the implementation of the company's eCommerce platform. With World Industries, which became the largest skateboard manufacturer/distributor in the world, I provided due diligence and ongoing financial analysis to sell a 70% majority interest in World Industries (later renamed Kubic Marketing) to a private equity group, Provided due diligence analysis for the purchase of the then largest retailer in the skateboard industry (catalog and internet) CCS and then sell it for more than 2.3x the purchase price in less than 1 year. Kubic was later sold to an Australian public company. As a CPA and Auditor, my client list included a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, universities, hospitals, not-for-profit, retail, restaurant, construction, and real estate.
