Felicia has been with Halstead for eighteen years and is a Lic. Associate R.E. Broker. She has repeatedly been a member of the 'Producers Council & Platinum Circle', a select group of leading brokers. Along with her commendable track record, representing individuals buyers and sellers, she has worked as exclusive Sales Director on many successful development projects including; The Captain Rose House, Coppersmiths Landing, Beekman Landing, Hamilton Lofts, Toll Brothers first Manhattan condominium, 110 Third and 88 Morningside. Additionally, as exclusive leasing agent she represented: Seaport Mews and 14-16 South William Street. Being a certified Property Manager she is able to help manage properties for her clients if the need arises.Intuitive and knowledgeable, Felicia is sensitive to the all the factors involved in selling or buying property. She ensures that each individual transaction closes smoothly and pleasantly. After studying fine art and earning her Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, a field she worked in for a few years, she established her own successful ceramics business. Commercially, she sold to clients like Barneys, Henri Bendel, The Guggenheim Museum Shop, The Philadelphia Museum Shop, Storm King and numerous other Museum and specialty shops. Aside from her commercial work, she exhibited ceramics in galleries in New York and worldwide. Having lived in a number of countries growing up, today Felicia gladly considers New York home. Representing many national as well as international clients, she is happy to share her integrity, enthusiasm, and creative professional approach.
