GSF Car Parts Ltd is an automotive company that distributes replacement car parts and accessories.

I am a multi site Area Manager working within the Automotive aftermarket with 13 years experience. I have worked in various positions including direct phone sales, sales office management, branch and operations management, and now currently alongside my team of 70+ staff.In my current role I am responsible for maximising sales growth and profitability of 5 branches of GSF CARPARTS. Recent success includes my region having the largest turnover growth year on year of any in the company for 2015/2016, and also successfully integrating multiple national accounts into my branches sales portfolios creating 20% of companies 2016 national account turnover in just 4 sites.I am prepared to work with any colleague or customer at any level to achieve the best outcome for all. My approach involves prioritising both the customers and staff members relationships with the company, engaging both really helps drive profitability. I am passionate about providing both groups with the knowledge to progress their situations, and as a result building long standing staff and customer relationships.
