Led London Pub portfolio for 10 years. Proven track record on development of Operations in both Hospitality and Retail environments - development of Guest Experiences, Format Innovation, Capex Investment, Profit and Sales Growth Strategies, Brand Equity, Innovation, Financial planning, F&B development, Omni retailing and Leadership Culture.
