Fernando is a ‘high-D’ who loves to fix processes, develop people and drive performance. Since Fernando was a child, he has asked the question “why?” about everything which intrigued him. He believes that as adults, we lose the ability to question “why” processes are the way they are and prefer not to challenge the status quo. What makes him different is that he never stopped asking “why” and has dared to seek more productive and cost-saving ways to improve processes. This avant-garde approach has not only helped him be successful in his career but, has led to several key changes within the companies he has worked for. Fernando is interested in problems that need fixing and partnering with people that haven’t lost the ability to ask “Why”. He is also currently is in the process of building two start-ups and is looking for creative minds that want to create change and disrupt the old way of doing things with him.
