Sitting on the Board as Managing Director takes me across many areas of the business, from Board strategy and our employee culture to directing our contingent Sales teams across Public Sector, Commerce and Financial Services. Beyond these responsibilities my time is spent directly working in our RPO business. Here I cover the full cycle: Sales, Implementation and Account Management.
