Gonnella Baking Company produces more than 1.5 million pounds of product weekly at three Chicago area facilities. As a supplier for the instore bakery and food service industries, the company offers several product lines within the fresh baked, fresh baked frozen and frozen dough categories. Gonnella Baking Company has renewed sponsorship agreements with the Chicago White Sox at U.S. Cellular Field and at Wrigley Field and Miller Park in Milwaukee for the 2005 baseball season. It also has renewed a sponsorship agreement with the Chicago Bulls and the United Center that allows Gonnella to continue serving as the hot dog bun supplier for the team and the facility. The deal runs through the end of the 200607 season. Gonnella Baking has been recognized by the Business Marketing Association of Chicago with two Gold Tower Awards.

I have been a "breadman" for my entire working career. Anyone who has been in the bread industry, especially in Chicago, knows what that means; we always wear many hats. I have experience in DSD Route Management, Sales, Sales Management, Collections, Forecasting, Order Management, Inventory Control, Product Utilization, Problem Solving, and Customer Service to name a few. Over the course of my career I have witnessed a fundamental shift of an industry that favored fresh daily deliveries on a regional level to one that is dominated by the sale of frozen products on a national scale. My core beliefs however have remained constant through out it all though; providing quality products with exceptional service at a fair price. My customers, broker representatives, and team members are my partners and all of our success is reliant on each other and the ability to be the best at what we do. In my off time I am a Drummer/Percussionist, Song Composer/Producer, and Manage/Play In a local Chicago original rock band.
