Alicia is currently the Manager of the Candidate Services Department PSI/AMP in Olathe, KS. Alicia joined Applied Measurement Professionals, Inc. (AMP) in 1994 as the first Research Associate in the Psychometrics Department. In 1998, she was invited to serve on an AMP Special Project Team assigned to plan and implement computer-based testing. The CBT network successfully launched in 2000 and Alicia transitioned to Project Coordinator for AMP and its parent company, the National Board for Respiratory Care, Inc. (NBRC). In June 2004, Alicia was promoted to Manager of Operations. Her primary duties included: management of the computer-based, web-based and paper/pencil testing networks; client communication regarding operational and contractual information; new client implementation and proprietary database management. In January 2015, Alicia was promoted to Manager of the Candidate Support Center to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.
