Three successful exits including IPO (GLUU) and two successful trade sales (Camstar Systems and Instill Corporation).Lead finance executive on April 2015 strategic investment of $126m in Glu by China's Tencent. Transaction was at $6.00/share which represented a 22% premium to the trailing 30 day average and 11% premium to the prior days price.
