Corina is currently in the HR Business Partner Team in GIC. She provided proactive and strategic guidance for organizational planning and development initiatives that align the human resources agenda that support of key business strategies and initiatives. She was part of the Talent Acquisition team in the past, managing end to end search process to bring in the best talent for the business. Corina used to be a Senior Consultant with the Talent, Information Solutions business, Singapore. She was primarily responsible for the consulting work and compensation surveys across Banking & Finance, Insurance, Chemical and Energy Industries on a regional basis. As a Benefits Champion, Corina was familiar with benefits benchmarking and evaluation. She had conducted specific compensation sponsored studies or surveys for clients. Corina acted as a business partner to clients and provided cost effective human resource solutions to companies. With extensive knowledge in salary and incentives, coupled with grounded Financial Institutions and Energy market knowledge, Corina is experienced in compensation benchmarking & design, as well as job evaluation & grading. She had executed major consulting projects involving Role Clarification and International Position Evaluation (IPE). Corina had also conducted numerous public and in-house compensation trainings. Prior to joining Mercer, Corina worked with other leading consulting firm, and had experience in recruitment and compensation across Asia Pacific, focusing on the Banking, Insurance, Chemical and Energy industry. She was extensively involved in finding the right talent and developing the compensation packages. Education Corina graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University, double major in Finance and Marketing.
