Tony is a retail executive with a very diverse background and functional expertise throughout his 22 years of experience. Having gained a tremendous understanding of all aspects and functional areas of the business through leading the implementation of various technology initiatives, Tony has continuously taken on additional responsibility throughout his career. Tony's executive responsibilities have been in the areas of Information Technology, Retail Operations, Retail Marketing, Strategy Development, Facilities Maintenance and Retail Analytics. Tony currently serves as the President for Thornton's Inc., a retail gasoline and convenience chain made up of 181 locations in 6 states with annual revenues of $2.8 billion. Tony is a natural leader who inspires others with his tremendous vision and servant leadership style. Tony believes in fostering a culture where people are the most important asset, demanding a respectful and rewarding work environment in which people can grow and succeed. Tony currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the National Advisory Group (NAG), Board Member Lake Forest Country Club, Board Member Lemonade for Life Foundation and is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Bluegrass Chapter.
