CMO and CPO with a strong product focus at German Autolabs, somewhere on the edge of deep voice AI tech and the mostly analog high volume, low margin world of professional drivers in transport and logistics. I am a builder. I love to get great ideas off the ground, laying the foundation hands-on and scaling things up with a 360-degree view on consumer, product, tech, and brand. I focus on impact and results, endorsing constant change, new insights, and diverse team capabilities to get things done. I have contributed to startups, SMEs, and global corporates alike, mostly in digital marketing, product, e-commerce and communication roles. This is what I learned about myself: - I can create it. And if it´s broken, I can fix it. - I love technology and human beings alike. - I can build and grow strong teams that ride out every storm. - I speak tech, consumer, community, and exec. - I follow my gut feeling, seek data, then take a decision. - I can do it if no one else does it. - I am not afraid of big numbers, constant constraints, and Murphy´s Law. My top 5 fuckup learnings: - Reality is not created on a whiteboard. It´s out there. - World-class PR and community work can not turn around a bad product. - Thou shalt challenge the leaders and their decisions if need be. - Empty motivational bullshit offends every human. Stop it when you hear it. - There is always some much wiser, eloquent, cooler, or bolder. Get on with it.
