Over the last ten years I’ve served various customers within the Federal and Intelligence Community developing and designing various systems using myriad of different technologies such as: Java, Ruby on Rails, LDAP, Enterprise User Provisioning Systems, Access Management systems, and more. The latter of that time has been spent developing and architecting Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. It was during this time that I honed my skills of leading IAM development efforts, and effectively communicating both business and technical requirements to all parties involved. While serving in the role of consultant, I’ve excelled at always looking at the big picture so that I may provide my customers with the best solutions for not only their immediate needs, but future as well. In addition I’ve learned the importance of picking up new concepts and skills quickly allowing me to adjust to new environments, and exceed expectation and meet deadlines.
