He has helped to create a recruiting process to identify and hire top talent, creating unified teams & consistently delivering beyond quota results. Keith led the efforts to build out new recruit and ongoing certified training programs leading directly to significant increased client acquisition. He assisted with the creation of backend client dashboards providing clients with their ROI, consumer data and NPS scores from the marketing efforts provided. This information led to directly increasing the life time value (retention) of clients and faster acquisitions. Keith believes in management by lack of objection. Through coaching, mentoring and direct support, take away the obstacles or excuses and the teams will accelerate in performance.
