I have been working in the market research industry for more than 25 years; I joined Future Thinking in 2010. Future Thinking became part of the Savanta Group in 2020. During my career, I have conducted research for a large number of clients across a wide range of sectors; everything from Retail/Shopper to Tech & Telco, via Travel & Transport, Gaming, Finance and Utilities! This varied experience has exposed me to a vast array of ad-hoc and continuous research techniques; I have excellent knowledge of both Quantitative and Qualitative research methodologies and, in particular, how they can be used together for joined-up findings. I have particular expertise in Quantitative Customer Experience research. I have conducted continuous and ad-hoc NPS /CSat /Customer Effort projects for some of the biggest service providers in the country. Whereas it’s fair to say that all have shared the common goal of measuring and improving customer experience, the solutions have often been very different; I am a firm believer in working with companies to design or adapt bespoke research programmes that meet individual objectives. Other experience includes brand tracking, customer journeys, new product development, segmentation, employee research, B2B, retail sales tracking and more.
