I am very passionate and eager about facilitating in a position where I can develop, become skilled, and generate a career. Although my early educational background is centered in Liberal Arts and Psychology, my work ethics are centralized in the region of the Human Resources industry. I have worked in the HR area for approximately nine years as a HR Coordinator and HR Generalist. During the years, I developed a foundation in the industry, by gaining experience in employee recruitment, retention, staff development, mediation, employee relations, conflict resolution, and developing teambuilding programs.My significant exposure to all aspects of employee relations, along with recruiting and employee retention successes, have equipped me with the critical, technical and creative abilities enabling me to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Using my Liberal Arts and Psychology training, I was able to help assist in the writing of Employee Handbooks and Toolkits along with Policies and Procedures. Additionally, my Psychology training has been used in helping employees with any emotional and mental challenges pertaining to their job functions.As a member of an elite organization, I would bring a focus on quality and ease to the company development. Furthermore, I am a great team player, loyal to my position, humble, and ambitious about sharing my talent with an organization.
