FreeAgent Inc is a Computer Software company which provides online accounting, online invoicing, tax calculation, and time tracking.

I am a chartered CIPD qualified HR professional who has worked for over five years as a strategic global HR Consultant in a leading asset manager; six years previously with a corporate law firm and for five years as a manager in a fast moving international retail environment. With commercial acumen and excellent strategic, interpersonal and communication abilities I am able to provide leadership through a comprehensive, creative and professional HR function for all parts of an organisation. I am committed to the personal and professional development of both myself and others and pursue this through delivering training and regularly attending update seminars and CIPD meetings. I hold the position of Vice-Chair of the South East of Scotland CIPD; I have completed an MSc HRM at Napier University and actively manage my own learning. My career goals and ambitions are to use my skills and experience to improve the organisation I work for whilst seeking out opportunities for development stretch and interesting work.
