A multi-disciplinary engineer with excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience leading engineering teams with up to 15 team members. Startup and corporate development experience. Experience briefing customers, leading proposals, leading technical teams in an R&D setting, and taking hardware from concept to prototype. Experience designing 3D printers and other laser systems such as LADAR/LIDAR and IRCM systems. A diverse skill set, including design and test of electro-optic systems, statistical analysis of detection and classification problems, both real-time and object-oriented C++ development, development of signal processing algorithms using MATLAB, and analog circuit card design.
