Throughout my career, I have embraced opportunities to build and scale new and innovative technologies at startups, mid-size, and large companies. I have worked in data/analytics/AI, cloud, cybersecurity, servers/storage/networking, managed/professional services, and enterprise SaaS. I have built and led high quality, data focused, and results-driven marketing teams and partnered with senior leaders across the business. At Validere, I built a new marketing organization from scratch for a Series A company, with an initial focus on demand generation to support aggressive growth targets that yielded $2.7MM in pipeline in the first nine months. At Forcepoint, I oversaw a brand refresh, managed an executive advisory board composed of 20 Fortune 500 CISOs, launched a new Cyber Experience Center for executive briefings, and grew leads sourced for the website. I also rebuilt the product marketing organization, produced integrated corporate and product messaging, and led the execution of Sales Kick Off. At IBM, I oversaw a revamp of a marketing organization that supported its $6B data and analytics business that resulted in two-thirds of the team being turned over, including management, due to IBM’s return to the office policy (pre-COVID). At SolarWinds, I revitalized customer growth to 20%+ growth and established its content marketing function. I am a personal technology enthusiast and a huge Apple fan. I enjoy working out, playing tennis and an occasional round of golf, and cheering my Boston professional sports teams and Austin FC.
